We only sell quality products from reputable manufacturers, All of our products are backed by extensive warrantees by some of the most respected manufacturers in the air purification industry!

WARRANTY
We offer the standard manufacturers warrantee against manufacture defects and operation. We have chosen our air purifier brands very carefully and have made sure that all our products are not only the very best, but that they are built to last and are relatively maintenance free. When you receive your home air purifier and for any reason you do not want to keep it, within 30 days of the date of purchase contact us and to get an RMA # (return merchandise authorization number) and then just ship it back for a refund. When placing your order, you will receive a printable receipt that has our telephone number, corporate address and email address in the event that you need to contact us for any reason.


RETURNS
You need to contact us to receive an RMA # (Return of Merchandise Authorization Number). NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED WITHOUT AN RMA #. If you have received a package that has been damaged in shipment, please contact the shipping company immediately and alert them. Contact us and we will be happy to assist by providing the carrier with the proper documentation to help resolve the issue quickly.

SHIPPING DATE
Most residential products purchased through Air Purifier Central typically ship within 1-3 business days of receiving your order. Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, U.S. Mail or by independent freight carriers. If possible, we will email you tracking information the day your order has been shipped. Please see each individual product page for the estimated time of delivery.

SALES TAX
As an online authorized dealer, Air Purifier Central does not charge tax outside of the State of Texas. Residents of Texas are subject to 8.275% sales tax to orders shipped within the state. Note that for purchases of IQAir brand products to residents within the State of California, an additional sales tax of 10.725% may apply in accordance with California Sales and Use Tax Regulation 1706, which does not exempt drop-shipment from another state.
