Austin Air Bedroom Machine Air Cleaner The Bedroom Machine is Austin's most advanced filter system built to meet the requirements specified by the John Hopkins University Medical School for capturing nano gases and particles. It is also endorsed by the National Sleep Foundation to help provide a healthy and restful nights sleep. The Bedroom Machine features a true HEPA filter, 15 lbs of proprietary carbon blend and a High Efficiency Gas Arrestance (HEGA) carbon cloth. With 5 levels of filtration it has the ability to effectively capture a broad spectrum of sub-micron particles, noxious gases and chemicals. Its 360 degree air intake system helps deliver more clean air quickly and efficiently. The Bedroom Machine has the ability to clean an area up to 1500 sq. ft with 2 air changes per hour; however we recommend an area of 500 sq. ft. with 6 air changes per hour for maximum effectiveness.
